RETURN POLICY:
Sorry, government publications and software products are non-refundable. There
is a 30-day limited warranty on all defective or unopened software products.
Call (269) 673-7242 to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
All other products must be returned within 7 days in perfect condition.
UPDATES:
Government-published updates are free for all looseleaf and deluxe government
publications (Harmonized Tariff, Schedule B, Export Regulations and Customs
Regulations), and will be shipped immediately upon their publication. Only updates
published by the government will be sent free as part of the
publication, and updates comprising more than 50% of the publication will be billed at cost. The
publication is for the duration of the calendar year of the publication.
